Refunds will only be offered in situations whereby another player can be found to replace the refundee so as not to upset the balance of the tournament and no refunds will be entertained within 2 weeks of the event start date.
In order to keep costs down and and keep them frozen for another year, we have removed the provision of food from this event.
There is a shop, local cafe and Harry Gows within walking distance of the venue.
